2024년이 5일 남았다니 아쉬움이 남는다. 최선을 다하지 않았다고 평가하는 이유가 나의 체력 모두 소진시키던 예전 방식으로 집중하지 않아서이다. 그렇지만 무리하지 않고 조절하고 운동하며 끝까지 지속한 부분은 스스로 칭찬하고싶다.

It is regrettable that there are five days left in 2024. The reason why I evaluate that I did not do my best is that I did not focus on the old way that I used to exhaust all my physical strength. However, I want to praise myself for not overdoing it, controlling, exercising, and continuing until the end.
