“사람과 그 사람이 쓴 글은 같은 것이다!”
정확히 기억할 수 없지만 공책사용법에서 본 듯하다. 변화하고 싶은 모습을 그 공책에 글로 적을 때 내 자신이 한 걸음씩 변화된 미래로 다가가게 될 것 같다는 그런 생각이 들었다.
“이루고자하는 자신의 모습을 공책에 쓰고 또 쓰면 어느 순간 변화된 자신을 만날 수 있다.”

I can't remember exactly, but I think I saw it in how to use a notebook. When I wrote down what I wanted to change in that notebook, I thought I would approach a changed future step by step.
"If you write and write about yourself that you want to achieve in your notebook, you can meet yourself that has changed at some point."
